Job summary

Wadesboro Health & Rehab Center in North Carolina is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and manage the community, ensuring resident-centered care and compliance with federal, state and local standards. The Administrator will guide operations, develop resources, and drive the community’s business objectives, with strong regional support and a culture of impact.

Must hold LNHA license, know state guidelines, have 1+ year supervisory experience, and possess solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold LNHA license in good standing in the operating state.
• Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations applicable to nursing facilities.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory role.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use various software programs.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. As the Administrator, it is your responsibility to organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times. The Administrator will also plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
