Job summary

Complete Care in Germantown, Wisconsin seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 121-bed skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on strong clinical outcomes, operational performance, employee engagement, and an excellent resident experience.

The LNHA will partner with the Nursing Director and leadership team to ensure regulatory compliance, quality measures, and community relationships while building a positive, accountable workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license
• Experience as an LNHA is strongly preferred
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment
• Strong operational and financial management skills

Responsibilities

Complete Care at Germantion is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 121-bed skilled nursing facility in Germantown, Wisconsin.

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader who can support strong clinical outcomes, operational performance, employee engagement, and an excellent resident experience. This is an opportunity to lead an established 4-star rated facility while working closely with regional leadership and an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
