Job summary

Oriol Health Care is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Holden, MA. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive resident care quality, and foster staff engagement.

The role requires MA LNHA license, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 3 years of leadership in long-term care. Competitive pay ($155,000–$170,000) and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license (active) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement, compliance, survey processes, and nursing home operations.
  • Proven leadership, financial management, and organizational skills.

Pay Range: $155,000 - $170,000
