Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 513-bed skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate will have successfully led a skilled nursing facility and understands how to balance quality care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, census growth, staffing, and resident satisfaction.

We are seeking an LNHA with a proven track record of success in skilled nursing who can demonstrate measurable accomplishments in previous leadership roles.

• Provide strong, visible leadership and direction for the facility and department heads.
• Drive operational, clinical, financial, and census performance.
• Maintain compliance with Federal, New York State, and corporate regulations and standards.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and promote exceptional resident care and satisfaction.

Qualifications
