Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead Pittsboro Health & Rehab Center in Pittsboro, NC. As Administrator you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure quality resident care, and drive the facility’s business objectives within federal and state guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing, have 1+ years of supervisory experience, and possess strong leadership and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current standards.
• Plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives while maintaining quality care.

Position Summary:

As the Administrator, it is your responsibility to organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times. The Administrator will also plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.
