Tallgrass Healthcare Campus, a 100+ bed CCRC in Junction City, Kansas, seeks a licensed nursing home administrator to lead operations with a servant-leader mindset. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and a minimum of three years in a supervisory healthcare setting, with a preference for a Health Administration degree.

The Administrator will oversee all facility programs, drive performance improvements, ensure fiscal health, and maintain compliance with CMS and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires valid, unrestricted LNHA license in Kansas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in healthcare facility.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct and evaluate overall facility operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators with department heads.
• Manage fiscal health with Business Office Manager.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys.
• Promote resident safety and quality of care across teams.
• Lead budget development and regular financial reviews.
• Coordinate communications with residents, families and staff.
