The role requires state licensing or Medicare/Medicaid provider certification and involves managing nursing, financials, compliance, and quality of care to ensure resident well-being and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Florida or certified as a Medicare/Medicaid provider.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing, medical, social, food, rehabilitation, and recreation services to enhance resident care.
• Manage contracts, audits, compliance, and assets.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; protect resident rights.
• Develop and oversee quality assurance programs and pharmaceutical services.
• Manage annual budgets and financial policies; monitor performance.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; ensure HR policies comply with regulations.
• Implement safety programs and OSHA standards; coordinate risk management.
• Oversee facility maintenance, marketing, and community partnerships.
