Job summary

The Cottages at Woodland Hills in Tulsa, OK is seeking a qualified Nursing Home Administrator to lead all aspects of the community and ensure exceptional resident care and outcomes.

The Administrator will direct department heads, maintain occupancy, manage finances, enforce policies, and build relationships inside and outside the facility. Must hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license and have 2-5 years experience in skilled nursing; relocation to Tulsa area preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nursing Home Administrator license.
• 2-5 years’ experience in managing a skilled nursing facility.
• Concise and accurate verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of making mature, professional judgments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret policies, rules and regulations affecting all community activities and personnel.
• Direct department head teams to ensure proper implementation of community policies and objectives on a regular basis.
• Maintain and build occupancy and be responsible for financial outcomes.
• Supervise and operate a program of maintenance and protection for all physical assets of the community.
• Constantly build relationships inside and outside the facility.
• Many other duties throughout the facility.
