Job summary

Symphony Care Network, LLC is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the Linden facility's operations, partner with Sr. Leadership, manage census, staffing and budgets, and drive regulatory compliance with state guidelines.

You will recruit, onboard, coach and develop site leaders, ensure safe rounds with clinical and non-clinical teams, and oversee federal surveys processes to maintain a high-quality, welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (required)
• 2 years Administrator experience in an LTC/SNF setting (required)
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily operations meet federal and state guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure team compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement guidelines and standards.
• Manage and ensure budgetary compliance.
• Partner with leaders on recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development of team members, and corrective action process.
• Round with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure the facility is operating safely and provides a welcoming environment for residents and families.
• Oversee the federal surveys process in partnership with site leaders.
