Job summary

Comfort Healthcare Centers is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility in Meadville, PA. This in-person role focuses on delivering compassionate resident care, guiding clinical and administrative teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will manage staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, and community relations while promoting a positive workplace culture and high standards of service for seniors.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License required.
• Experience in long-term care and/or healthcare administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for improving quality of life for seniors.

Responsibilities
