Job summary

AMA-LTC's Gregor Ridge Health Care Center in Missouri seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 138-bed skilled nursing facility and drive clinical excellence, teamwork, accountability, and resident care.

The ideal candidate will hold Missouri LNHA licensure or eligibility, have 3+ years of progressive SNF leadership, and partner with clinical leadership to improve CMS Quality Measures, regulatory compliance, and census development.

Qualifications

• Missouri LNHA licensure or eligibility
• 3+ years progressive leadership in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Experience leading teams caring for residents with complex needs

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for a 138-bed Skilled Nursing Facility
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership to achieve clinical, regulatory, operational, and financial goals
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability and excellence
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and CMS Quality Measures
• Support census development and relationships with residents, families, hospitals, and the community
