Beacon Health Management is recruiting for experienced Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrators for our skilled nursing facilities located in multiple cities throughout Georgia. We believe our focus is on the wellness of our residents and a commitment to making a difference.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for the overall management of a facility, planning, developing, directing and supporting all operational, administrative, clinical and fiscal activities for the facility's

Qualifications

Must have a Georgia Nursing Home Administrator License.
3 to 5 years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Should have overall operations knowledge.
Excellent communication and managerial skills.
Should be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided.
Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff.
Solid work history within the healthcare community.
Must meet all local health regulations, including criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
