As the Administrator you will be responsible for the overall management of a facility, planning, developing, directing and supporting all operational, administrative, clinical and fiscal activities for the facility's

Qualifications

• Must have a Georgia Nursing Home Administrator License.
• 3 to 5 years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Should have overall operations knowledge.
• Excellent communication and managerial skills.
• Should be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided.
• Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Solid work history within the healthcare community.
• Must meet all local health regulations, including criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
