You will hold an Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license, bring skilled nursing leadership experience, at least three years in the field, and demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge and communication skills to drive excellence.

Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License
• Skilled nursing leadership experience required
• Minimum of 3 years skilled nursing experience required
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical operations
• Proven leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator leads, guides, and directs the operations of the healthcare facility in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high-quality care standards.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment and effective communication with staff, residents, and families.
