Arcadia Care Aledo seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead, guide, and direct the facility's operations in compliance with state and federal regulations to provide high‑quality resident care.

You will oversee clinical operations, regulatory readiness, and staff leadership while partnering with the executive team to sustain a safe, respectful, and well‑run Skilled Nursing Facility at Arcadia Care Aledo.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted Illinois LNHA license.
• Skilled nursing leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years skilled nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical operations.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
