Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional license in Nursing Home Administration required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with county, state, and federal regulations.
• Leads recruitment, training, and development of management staff; communicates philosophy of care to ensure staff alignment.
• Review monthly operating and budget statements; manage insurance providers and financial resources.
