Avir Vista is seeking a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to join our family. The LNFA will oversee facility operations, focusing on resident well-being and high-level performance.

You will lead a team to build a supportive, compliant, and efficient environment. The ideal candidate holds a state LNFA license, a degree in healthcare administration or related field, and at least two years of long-term care facility leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
• Two years of experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
• Current state Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.
