Job summary

Touchstone Communities is seeking an Assistant Administrator (LNFA) to advance operational leadership in our Texas skilled nursing facilities, working with an Executive Director to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and a superior resident experience.

You will support daily operations, drive performance metrics, and develop staff while upholding The Touchstone Experience and servant leadership across the community.

Qualifications

• Current LNFA license in Texas.
• At least 1 year as Assistant Administrator or AIT in SNF.
• Experience with at least one state regulatory survey.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations focusing on quality care and compliance.
• Support achievement of operational, financial, clinical, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and partners.
• Model The Touchstone Experience with compassion, integrity, and service.
• Collaborate with department leaders to retain and develop staff.
• Participate in survey prep, compliance activities, and quality improvement.
• Assist in managing performance metrics and objectives.
• Support business development, occupancy growth, and community outreach.
• Serve as leadership resource for HR, business office, and other departments.
• Assume leadership in absence of Executive Director.
