Extended Care, LLC is seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our Illinois facility, upholding the highest ethical and quality standards in healthcare services. Administrator requirements include a minimum of 2+ years in an Administrator role in a Skilled Nursing Facility and a Valid Illinois

• Valid Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License.
