Job summary

Career Strategies is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Illinois facility. You will oversee administrative, clinical, financial, and personnel operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote resident-centered care in a Chicago-area setting.

The role requires an active Nursing Home Administrator license in Illinois, a Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field, and at least 3 years in a leadership role in long-term care.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in Illinois.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care setting.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
