Job summary

Haven of Ridgeview in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide overall leadership and day-to-day oversight of a skilled nursing facility. You will ensure compliance with IDPH and federal regulations while maintaining survey readiness and driving quality metrics.

You will lead, mentor and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams, oversee budgeting and census strategies, and promote a resident-centered culture for residents, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Active Illinois LNHA license required.
• Experience as administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license — required
• Proven experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong working knowledge of IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations
• Demonstrated history of regulatory compliance and successful survey performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field — preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 -$100,000 annual salary based on experience
