We are looking for an experienced Administrator who will oversee the day to day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring compliance. The administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance and financial goals. We are looking for someone who will stay long-term and bring a measureable impact to our organization.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in long term care or similar experience.
• Excellent communication with a hunger to create, improve, and sustain positive relationships with all healthcare workers or visitors.
