Job summary

American Baptist Homes of the Midwest in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for Thorne Crest Senior Living. This is a full-time leadership role overseeing operations and resident care with a focus on compliance and excellence.

You will develop policies, promote teamwork, and ensure high-quality outcomes while upholding the organization's mission and values. MN LNHA license required or obtainable; 3+ years LTCA leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in MN or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Long Term Care Administrator.
• English language proficiency.
