Abhomes is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for Thorne Crest Senior Living in Albert Lea, MN. The ideal candidate will lead community operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and support positive resident care outcomes.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $125,000 - $150,000/yr, plus a 15% annual incentive bonus and excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Minnesota or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Long Term Care, Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Long Term Care Administrator position.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in a Long Term Care Administrator position required
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
