Location: Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare

We are actively hiring LPN Team Members for our skilled nursing facility.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base rate $27.50-$31 with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Job Duties:

1. Collecting required information from new Residents for admission.
2. Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administering medications and injections as needed.
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
6. Helping Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
