Ideal candidates hold a state LNFA license, a healthcare or related degree, and at least two years of long-term care administration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
• Current state appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations to ensure resident well-being and efficient use of resources.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to uphold quality of care and safety standards.
