AVIR Health Group in Texas is seeking a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to lead a high-performing team and nurture a culture centered on resident well-being. The LNFA will oversee daily operations, ensuring resources are used efficiently and respectfully to support physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Ideal candidates hold a state LNFA license, a healthcare or related degree, and at least two years of long-term care administration experience.
We are searching for a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose of this role is oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner that enables the facility to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
