Avir Health Group seeks a qualified Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to oversee a Texas facility, building and leading a high-performing team while focusing on resident well-being and family satisfaction.

The LNFA will manage resources efficiently, uphold regulatory compliance, and collaborate with corporate support to sustain an exceptional care environment that aligns with our Your Voice philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
• Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner to ensure residents’ well-being.
• Lead and build a high-performing team and culture.
• Optimize resource use to attain highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
