Elliot Health System is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for per diem day shifts at the Elliot 1 Day Surgery Center in Manchester, NH. You will work under an RN, assisting with activities of daily living and providing direct and indirect patient care in a high-quality surgical setting.

Responsibilities include clinical tasks within LNA scope, reporting changes to the RN, and maintaining patient privacy. NH license and BLS within 90 days are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Nursing Assistant License in NH required.
• BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of date of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides basic support to patients and families in response to psychosocial needs.
• Performs clinical tasks within the scope of LNA practice under RN direction.
• Reports observations and changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Documents in the medical record according to policies and scope of practice.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and dignity.
