Job summary

The Elliot Health System is seeking a per diem Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join the care delivery team at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, supporting daily living activities and basic clinical tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, offering emotional support, and documenting in the medical record while maintaining confidentiality and patient dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Nursing Assistant License in NH required.
• BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide basic support to patients and families respecting cultural and religious preferences.
• Perform clinical tasks within LNA scope under RN supervision and hospital policies.
• Report observations, symptoms, and changes in patient condition to RN.
• Document in medical record as per policy and scope of practice.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
