LNA Class Start September 2, 2025 and goes until October, 28, 2025. It will be held at Helen Porter in Middlebury on Tuesday nights from 4:30pm-8pm.
The hourly rate for this position is $23.10.

Our LNA training program is offered at NO cost for those who continue their career at Wake Robin, and is offered while you work, so that there is no break in your income. At Wake Robin, we know that providing training builds excellent skills as a nursing assistant and, as importantly, promotes a resident-centered care approach that sets us apart from the rest.
Here’s how our program works:
- We will screen each candidate. Those with a background in caregiving for similar populations will be preferred. Top candidates will be invited to Wake Robin for an interview and a tour of the facility.
- Those selected for the program will be offered paid employment as a PCA with Wake Robin for the duration of the course.
- Those who pass the course with the recommendation of the instructor, and pass the State LNA exam, will be offered continued full or part-time employment as an LNA at Wake Robin.
- The cost of the program is $2,200. This fee does not include the cost of testing or licensure. The program fee is waived as long as the candidates remain employed for 1 year and working a minimum of 24 hours/week. If not, the fee is prorated based on length of service.
This program is a fast track to your new career at Wake Robin.
- Due to our vulnerable resident population the COVID vaccine is highly recommended but not required.
