Interim HealthCare in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Private Duty care team. This role offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 1:00pm to 8:00pm, with a competitive salary of $29 per hour, and provides an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families. The job location is Kingston, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
• Perform catheter care.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of pediatric experience within the last five years preferred
• Home care experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification (monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Experience in administering G-tube feedings and managing medications per care plan
• Ability to respond promptly to medical emergencies such as seizures
