**CURRENT STIPEND OF $200/WEEK equivalent to $5.00/HOUREXTRA(starting rate between $23.00 - $31.14/hour if working 40 hours/week)**

SCOPE OF POSITION:Enjoy up to a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus! The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) provides various resident direct care activities and related non-licensed services necessary in caring for and monitoring the personal needs and comfort of the residents under the direction of a licensed nurse.
We are committed to providing preventative and restorative care to all residents and clients here at Rockingham County. We want our residents to feel safe, comfortable, and supported in all aspects of their lives to include not only physical, but also emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, and intellectual well-being. Our LNA’s are a vital part of our dynamic team! With all services being performed under the direction of a licensed nurse, the LNA provides our residents with comfort and care through bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, answering call lights/alarms, and more. Our LNA’s are continually educated on the best documentation practices and are also responsible for observing/reporting any changes or concerns in residents’ activities. The LNA may maintain the unit common areas along with the resident’s room by making their beds and arranging their personal belongings. Our LNA’s are responsible for following all established safety and infection control policies/procedures and will also intervene/report unsafe situations.Equal Employment Opportunity.
