Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal planning, transportation, and building trusting relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• LNA license in Arizona required.
• 1 year or more of caregiving experience.
• Strong knowledge of home-based care safety and best practices.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and care teams.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in working schedules.
• Ability to pass a background check.
