Overview

Are you looking to make a real change? Come join our team! We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant with a passion for resident care. Our facility offers comprehensive benefits, Flexible Schedule, and ongoing development opportunities. This is a Part-Time position for weekends only (16 hours weekly).

Shift needed:

• 7am-3pm (weekends only)
• 11pm-7am every other weekend

Shift differential: $1.00 for weekends shifts

Responsibilities:

1. Provide patient care under supervision
2. Serve meals, assist residents with dining, and provide fluids and nourishment
3. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
4. Respond promptly to resident assistance calls
5. Report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse
6. Provide non-professional services as needed
7. Follow professional instructions and community policies
8. Perform housekeeping and technical duties as trained
9. Build good relationships with residents, families, and staff
10. Transport residents as required
11. Attend annual in-service training on safety, laws, and procedures

Qualifications:

1. Completion of a formal nurse assistant training program
2. Successful completion of a certification program in New Hampshire
3. Licensed as a Nurse Assistant in New Hampshire
4. Ability to stand for extended periods, including walking, bending, and twisting (up to 4-6 hours daily)
5. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
6. Good motor coordination of arms, legs, hands, wrists, and fingers
