SolutionHealth in Manchester, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant for the Surge Unit (CICU) on a full-time, day-shift schedule. You will support inpatient care, assist with activities of daily living, and work closely with RNs across the surge and ER units.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a 36-hour work week across 3 shifts and every-other weekend. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of acute care experience, NH LNA license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of current experience in an acute care setting.
• Current New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License required.
• BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

## Licensed Nursing Assistant I- Surge Unit- Full Time- DaysApply: Manchester, NH: Full time: Posted Today: JR13616Come work at the best place to give and receive care!**Job Description:** **$3,000 Bonus Eligible paid in 3, 6, and 12 months!!!****Hours: 36 hours (Full Time)****Shift: Days 7am-7pm (12 hour shifts ---3x per week)****Every other weekend commitment****Licensed Nursing Assistant CICU****Who We Are:** The surge unit is a 14 bed unit that specializes in providing inpatient level of care to patients who are awaiting inpatient bed placement. We specialize in cardiac/telemetry and medical/surgical patients. The surge unit is overseen by the CICU inpatient managers. This position is based in the CICU, primarily assigned to the Surge Unit, with the expectation that you will float to other areas as needed. Strong teamwork and communication skills preferred as there will be collaboration with the ER and inpatient units. The surge RN has a 1:4 patient ratio and LNA 1:14. **About the Job:** The Surge Unit Licensed Nursing Assistant functions as an integral member of the care delivery team by providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a RN and within the scope of practice of a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
