603 Healthcare's Bedford Hills Center in Bedford, NH is hiring licensed nursing assistants for full-time and part-time roles. As an LNA, you'll provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and support a compassionate care team.

Shift options include Full-Time Day 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and Part-Time Evening 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and Part-Time Night 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, with shift differentials and non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
