Job summary

Qualifications
- NH LNA license required.
- Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable and resident-focused.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment.
- Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
