Springfield Hospital is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to support clinic patient flow and assist with in-office procedures under direct supervision. You will stock rooms, prepare patient charts, and help room patients to ensure efficient daily operations.

The candidate should have a Vermont LNA license, complete an approved LNA program, and hold BLS certification with strong computer skills. Prior physician-office experience and excellent patient communication are preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved course for Licensed Nursing Assistants.
• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in Vermont.
• Six months’ customer service/clerical experience, including computer operation.
• Experience in a physician office (preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of clinical procedures (vital signs, specimen collection, medications under supervision).
• Knowledge of scheduling, patient records, and billing/coding processes.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Infection control and HIPAA compliance knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
