Your Place In Vermont is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to support operations in our Springfield clinic. The LNA will assist with patient flow, respond to questions, and perform procedures under physician supervision, ensuring a smooth, safe environment.

The role requires a Vermont LNA license, completion of an approved course, and strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient records, and HIPAA compliance. Salary is hourly with benefits and a focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved course for Licensed Nursing Assistants.
• Current Vermont LNA license.
• Six months’ customer service/clerical experience, including computer operation.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of clinical procedures (vital signs, specimens, medications under supervision).
• Knowledge of scheduling, patient records, EHRs, insurance verification, billing and coding.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills; able to explain procedures and provide emotional support.
• Infection control and safety knowledge; HIPAA compliance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
