Job summary

Odelia Healthcare in Albuquerque, NM seeks a licensed RN or LPN for full-time nursing leadership within a skilled nursing facility. Role includes supervising staff, delivering direct resident care when needed, and ensuring timely medications and treatments per policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift.
• Serves as a resource to all staff within the facility regarding the quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care when required; administer medications and treatment timely per policy; follow physician orders when allowed.
• Effectively manages nursing personnel on shift to limit overtime and agency personnel.
• Assesses work performance of nursing staff relative to unit standards and goals.
• Conducts regular staff meetings on each shift and provides updates to DON.

Job Responsibilities

• Assesses the work performance of nursing staff as it relates to unit standards of care and goals.
• Conducts regular staff meetings on each shift and provides updates to DON.

Job Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).
