Senior Resource Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Nurse for a full-time role in our Austin, TX community. The position involves delivering nursing services, mentoring Caregivers, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure quality resident care.

The role requires an active nursing license (LVN/LPN/RN), CPR/First Aid, and strong communication. A 1-year senior living background is preferred. This is a full-time daytime-oriented position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN/RN license in good standing.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of senior living experience preferred.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Health Services Department team.
• Assess residents and identify care needs.
• Develop and update resident service plans with person-centered care.
• Follow up on health conditions with providers and families.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and other providers for continuity of care.
• Document in Yardi EHR per SRG policies and state laws.
• Support medication management and room safety.
