This is a 100% remote position with a competitive payment model, an easy-to-navigate system, and unlimited access to patients all over the United States! Working with TelevisitMD you will get all of the following: new quality patients, Medmal coverage, a Virtual workspace, EHR, Eprescribing and Virtual telehealth visit tools and functions which enable flexibility on the patient and the providers allowing remote visits, replacing the current brick and mortar practices and throwing away the "ball and chain" that come with it.

We are currently seeking applications with Nurse Practitioner licensure. Strong preference given to practitioners licensed in multiple states.

We are looking for a responsible Nurse Practitioner to provide high quality medical care by examining patients and treating ailments. You will undertake tasks aiming for prevention and promotion of healthy habits. A great Nurse Practitioner is a highly qualified professional and a compassionate individual. You must be very knowledgeable regarding diseases, epidemiology, and other medical conditions so you can interpret symptoms and diagnose conditions. The job can be demanding, so patience and physical endurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine check-ups to assess patients' health conditions and discover potential issues.
• Provide advice on healthy habits (diet, hygiene, etc.) and preventative measures to promote overall health.
• Examine ill patients and evaluate symptoms to determine their condition.
• Ask intuitive questions to discover causes of illness.
• Reach informed diagnoses based on scientific knowledge and patient history.
• Prescribe and interpret lab tests for infections or abnormalities.
• Prescribe non-narcotic medications and give comprehensive administration instructions.

• Treat injuries and refer patients to specialists when needed.
• Maintain records of patient information and medical history.
