Marquis Companies is seeking a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) for PT Eve/Noc Shift to provide compassionate resident care in our Oregon facilities. You will administer medications as ordered, maintain accurate MARs, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safety and quality care during evening and overnight hours.

The role requires valid state licensure as LPN or RN, and familiarity with geriatric care and electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN for the appropriate State.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Strong computer skills for use of electronic medical records systems.

Responsibilities

• Refill and clean the stock cart; maintain med rooms.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will be responsible for the administering of medications to the residents as ordered by the attending physician, the nurse supervisor, charge nurse, and/or Director of Nursing Services. Job duties include (but are not limited to) administering medications to residents; refilling and cleaning the stock cart; administering medications in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures and practices of the facility and the requirements of the state; and other nursing duties as assigned.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), your nursing and Leaderships skills will ensure that quality nursing care is provided to the residents and you will direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Assistants. Job duties include meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan the shifts’ services, programs, and activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN for the appropriate State.
