UVM Home Health, Inc. is seeking Licensed Nurse Assistants (LNAs) for various inpatient units, including Neurosurgery and Medical ICU. Candidates should possess LNA licensure in Vermont. The role involves important patient care duties, with excellent opportunities for career advancement and skill development.
The Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) is responsible for specific aspects of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): taking vital signs, responding to call lights, Electronic Medical Record documentation, personal care such as bathing, mouth care, toileting, and skin care.
Our ideal candidates will be reliable, flexible, compassionate, and empathetic. They must have a strong sense of teamwork and a focus on providing the best possible care to our patients. Excellent time management skills are essential in our fast-paced inpatient units. We serve all specialties within our hospital and are currently hiring LNAs for our Inpatient Psych unit and Alternative Care unit.
