Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed or in the process of licensure in NH to support SNF/LTC settings. This is a direct hire / permanent placement opportunity with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with the care team.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of recent PTA experience in SNF/LTC and must hold an active NH PTA license (or be eligible for licensure).
