Smart Staffing Solutions is seeking a New Home Sales Assistant to welcome visitors, provide community and home information, and support the on-site sales team in Valencia, CA.

You will assist buyers through the home-buying process, build relationships with builder representatives, and represent the builder brand with professionalism while enjoying training and mentorship opportunities. This role offers hands-on experience in Southern California new home communities with exposure to top builders.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with an active California Real Estate License.
• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Must be willing to transfer license to Smart Staffing Solutions upon hire.
