Job summary

10Beauty seeks a Brand Ambassador with a cosmetology or nail license to represent our first fully robotic manicure experience at Ulta Beauty locations. You will educate customers, guide hands-on demonstrations, and ensure a welcoming, professional presence at the in-store machines.

You’ll travel for a paid training period to our corporate office in Burlington, MA; weekend/holiday hours may apply. Equity and benefits are included for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must hold cosmetology license or nail license.
• Experience working with nails.
• Licensed nail tech, licensed cosmetologist, or nail tech in training; punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert on the 10Beauty machine, nail pods, and the app.
• Manicure touch ups and fixes as needed.
• Proactively engage customers and demonstrate the product benefits.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the machine and its features.
• Answer questions, do basic troubleshooting for machine or app, offer quick demos.
• Encourage customers to try the machine and share feedback with the team.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic image aligned with the brand values.
• Ensure the display area is clean, organized, and inviting.
