Satori Mortgage is a national team of producing loan officers that supports you to get licensed and build your mortgage business. We provide onboarding, training, and a culture-first environment to help you turn your network into funded loans.

If you bring a network and drive, we supply the license support, systems, and real backing to turn opportunities into funded loans. This is a 100% commission business with real upside and no income caps.

Qualifications

• Existing network in real estate, sales, or community relationships is highly valuable.
• Willingness to obtain an NMLS license is preferred.
• Comfort with commission-based earnings and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own client pipeline through your network and relationships.
• Close funded mortgage loans and provide client service throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the team via internal channels and live/Zoom calls to accelerate results.
