Job summary

HomeTrino Mortgage is seeking Florida-licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join a fast-growing platform. The role offers full-time, commission-based compensation with 401(k) and remote eligibility within Florida.

You will originate loans from company leads and Realtor referrals, manage the process, and grow production with marketing support and strong operational backing. Ideal candidates have an active Florida MLO license, at least 2 years of origination experience, and a proven ability to build

Qualifications

• Active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS Required).
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage origination or lending experience.
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loan products.
• Strong understanding of loan structuring and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience reviewing borrower financial documentation.
• Ability to run and interpret DU/LPA findings.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using mortgage LOS and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Ability to market yourself and generate business opportunities.
• Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans from company leads, Realtor referrals, and self-generated business.
• Conduct borrower consultations and recommend financing solutions.
• Complete mortgage applications and collect required documentation.
• Review income, credit, assets, liabilities, tax returns, and supporting borrower documentation.
• Structure loans according to investor and underwriting guidelines.
• Run and interpret DU/LPA findings.
• Educate borrowers on mortgage programs, rates, and financing options.
• Manage the loan process from application through closing.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and real estate professionals.

CompensationCommission Structure

• 50 BPS (0.50%) on company-provided mortgage leads
• 115 BPS (1.15%) on self-generated and sphere-of-influence business
• Uncapped earning potential

What You'll DoMortgage Origination & Client Management

• Originate residential mortgage loans from company leads, Realtor referrals, and self-generated business

• Participate in business development and team growth initiatives

Lead Conversion & Business Growth

• Convert company-generated leads into funded loans
• Consistently follow up through phone, text, email, and CRM activities
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates within Follow Up Boss
• Develop additional business through networking and referral relationships
• Meet or exceed production goals

Technology Stack

HomeTrino Mortgage utilizes:

• Arive Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Follow Up Boss CRM
• Company marketing and lead-generation systems

Experience with Arive and Follow Up Boss is preferred but not required.
