Satori Mortgage is expanding its national team of producing loan officers. We provide the license path, hands-on onboarding, and a collaborative environment where you turn your network into funded loans.

You’ll learn origination from start to finish, access our Inner Circle, and work with pod leaders and senior leaders to win business. This is a 100% commission role with real upside and no income caps.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with a strong network or willingness to build one.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to learn mortgage basics and complete licensing training.

Responsibilities

• Learn origination start to finish and lender options.
• Develop and convert own leads into funded loans.
• Work with pod leaders and teams to close loans.
